We do appreciate your purchase from We understand there may be certain situations where you may like to return your item. Due to the nature of the products in our online store we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, this is for health and hygiene reasons. We can, however, exchange items which have faulty electronics that is covered under the products normal Warranty (As specified by the Manufacturer).

We do not offer a satisfaction guarantee on any of our products.

However, if the product you have received is faulty the customer may utilise our Contact Us form, fill-in your details, add subject “Request RMA” and let us know the issue regarding the product. We will then issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) via email and we will provide instructions on getting the product back to us.

Please note: Standard postage fees apply to all return orders. Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you, at no charge.

Before returning a faulty product, may we first ask you to follow a few simple testing points as follows:

Make sure you are using the correct batteries

Make sure the devise is fully charged as instructed in the product user manual

Make sure the batteries have been inserted correctly

Try new batteries
Make sure battery connectors are not wet or moist
