Most products on our website are in stock and ready to be shipped within one to three business days of an order being placed. But with the huge range of toys available from our suppliers, we can not stock all of them. We do however promise to source these products as quick as possible and get it to you with very little fuss. If this is the case, rest assured that your product will still arrive within the estimated delivery time as stated on your shipping details. Please allow for up to 5 working days for delivery, we ask for this as the situation for deliveries in our beautiful Country is not always predictable or constant. Customers will be notified if a delay is expected to impact on the shipping time.
Please note that delays do occur and these are mainly due to circumstances beyond our control e.g. delayed deliveries from suppliers or items just arrived in our warehouse. All our estimates are based on business days and assume that shipping and delivery don’t occur on holidays and weekends.
If your order is returned to us by the courier company due to incorrect or insufficient delivery details, you will be charged the cost of reshipping the order. Please note it is your responsibility to insure the correct delivery address is filled in when you create your account or when you fill it in at checkout, also note that if you fill in the wrong delivery address and the courier company delivers at the address you specified, we then regard the goods as delivered.
PROBLEMS WITH YOUR DELIVERY
Please fill in all the required delivery fields when you create your account or at checkout, this will ensure you get your premium products. We cannot guarantee that your order will arrive at its destination if you have not provided the correct address, contact details, and special instruction to assist the couriers when delivering.
In the event that the courier company fails to deliver your order due to invalid address information, they will return the order back to Frangelique.co.za. Unfortunately, you will be liable for any costs incurred in return to sender parcels if the information you provided was inaccurate.
If your premium product was delivered to and accepted by the wrong recipient, we regard that as a delivered parcel, and we are sure someone ells is going to enjoy your premium donation.
When your parcel has been collected from us by the courier company we will email you your tracking number.

Please note that for International deliveries the following applies. (other that South Africa)
If you order products from our site for delivery to the listed international delivery destinations, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount.
You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.
